- 8 ounces, fluid Warm Milk, Divided
- 2 pounds Flour (usually It Takes Less But Prepare 2 Pounds)
- 1 teaspoon Dry Yeast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 2 ounces, weight Butter, Melted And Cooled
Directions

1Pour half of the milk into a large bowl.

2Add a couple of tablespoons flour, dry yeast, salt and sugar.

3Stir it all together, cover the bowl with a tea towel and set aside for 1/2 hour.

4Then add egg, butter and the rest of the milk.

5Now start pouring the flour.

6Do not put all in at once.

7Add some and mix to combine.

8Then add a little more flour and mix to combine.

9You just want to use enough flour until the dough starts to come together.

10When the necessary consistency is reached, fold the dough and add a little more flour, just until it stops sticking to your hands.

11Put the dough into a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a tea towel.

12Leave the pizza dough in a warm place for about an hour.

13After the dough has risen, fold it again, then put it onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out.

14Then start assembling your pizza.

15Bake the assembled pizza at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 20 minutes.
