- 2 lb. Italian flavored sausage
- 1 loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
- 1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. basil
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain the fat away.

2Mix the sausage with two beaten eggs.

3Roll out the bread dough in flour, 3/8-inch thick.

4Cover the dough with the sausage mix; leave an inch of dough uncovered at each end.

5Mix together the Mozzarella, Parmesan, basil, parsley and garlic salt in a bowl, then cover the sausage mix on the dough with the cheese spice mix.

6Roll up into a bread; pinch the ends.

7Baste with a lightly beaten egg and bake 45 minutes at 325°.

8Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
