  • 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage meat or 1/2 lb. sweet plus 1/2 lb. hot
  • 1 Pillsbury French bread package
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Brown sausage in skillet.

    Drain.

    Open bread flat on cookie sheet.

    Spread sausage out in a layer.

    Sprinkle cheese over sausage, starting at side of bread. Roll lengthwise.

    Bake at 350° until golden.

    Slice and serve.
