  • 2 tubes Pillsbury pizza dough (In dairy case)
  • 1 1/2 lb. Bob Evans sausage
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook sausage and onions.

    Mix with cheeses and eggs, salt and pepper.

    Spread one pizza dough in the bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

    Top with sausage mix.

    Spread second tube of pizza dough on top of sausage mixture.

    Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
