  • 1 lb. Owens hot sausage
  • 18 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • chopped onion

    Let sausage mixture cool a little.

    Add eggs, beaten well with cheese.

    Grease cookie sheet and spread dough with hands (to cover pan).
