Sausage Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 small jar marinated artichoke hearts, cut up artichokes and save juice
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage, take out of casing, fry and drain
  • lemon pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 loaf Vienna bread

Directions

    Slice Vienna bread in half long ways and take out middle. Shred or cut up middle of bread which you took out and mix with all ingredients.

    Put back in bread.

    Bake for approximately 1/2 hour at 350°.
