- frozen loaves bread dough
- hot sausage
- extra sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
- egg
- garlic salt
- pepper
Directions

1Mix egg, garlic salt and pepper.

2Thaw bread dough at a time you can begin work on the dough as soon as thawed.

3Fry sausage (two loaves of sausage bread are made from 1 1/2 pounds sausage). Drain off all grease and finely crumble.

4Butter hands and spread bread dough out into a uniform (as possible) large rectangular shape.

5Spread with mix with brush or hands on inside of bread dough.

6Place crumbled sausage evenly down middle of rectangle. Sprinkle cheese down middle of rectangle on top of sausage (use 4 ounce minimum of cheese per loaf).

7Carefully roll dough, using long side of rectangle into a loaf.

8Pinch ends together.

9It will be very big.
