  • 1 roll sausage
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Brown sausage in skillet and drain.

    Roll out bread dough. Put sausage down center of bread; sprinkle on cheese.

    Roll into a long loaf.

    Place on greased baking sheet.

    Beat 1 egg in a bowl. Paint loaf with beaten egg.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
