  • bread dough or pizza dough (let rise)
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano and basil
  • 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan, grated

    Push sausage out of casing and fry until brown; drain off fat. Add beaten egg (save a little to spread over top of loaf), oregano, basil and cheeses.
