  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 6 slices white bread, crusts removed
  • softened butter
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 c. half and half
  • 1 tsp. salt (can be omitted)
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
