  • 2 c. pancake mix
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 (14 oz.) jar spiced apple rings
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. brown and serve sausage links

Directions

    Combine pancake mix, milk, eggs and oil.

    Beat until smooth. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Drain apple rings.

    Arrange apple rings and sausages (cut crosswise) so mixture can be cut into squares.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
