- 1 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- celery, chopped fine
- 5 c. water
- 2 pkg. chicken noodle soup
- 1 c. rice, uncooked
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds (not blanched)
Directions

1Brown sausage, pepper, onion and celery.

2Pour off fat.

3Bring water and noodle soup to a boil.

4Add rice and cook 10 minutes. Add almonds.

5Pour together and bake 30 minutes, covered, at 350° and 15 minutes, uncovered.
