Sausage Casserole

  • 1 lb. sausage, crumbled, fried and drained
  • 1 can undiluted vegetable soup
  • mashed potatoes

Directions

    Put drained, fried sausage in bottom of casserole dish. Spread vegetable soup over this.

    Prepare mashed potatoes (just like you are preparing them for a vegetable dish for a meal). Spread on top of sausage and vegetable soup.

    Bake in oven until potatoes are brown (not real brown) and soup is bubbling.
