Ingredients
- 8 pork sausages
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400 g chopped tomatoes
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 beef stock cube
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 300 ml water
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 stick celery
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
Directions

1Fry the sausages until brownd and cut them into 1 inch peices.

2Cut the red or green pepper into 1 quarter inch peices.

3Peel carrots and cut into 1 half inch chunks.

4Dice the onion.

5Destring the celery by running a peeler along the back of the stalk and cut into 1 half inch peices.

6Put all ingredients into your slow cooker and cook on a low heat for 5 hours.

7Serve with pasta or rice.
