Sausage Cheese Balls

  • 1/2 lb. combination hot and mild bulk sausage
  • 1 c. finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix

Directions

    Combine sausage, cheese and biscuit mix until dough forms a ball.

    Pinch off pieces and roll into bite-size balls.

    Place 1-inch apart on cookie sheet and bake in 350°

    oven for 20 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown.

    Stick colored toothpicks in them and serve warm.
