  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
  • 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 c. diced potato
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley

    Crumble sausage

    and add onion and garlic.
