- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 lb. uncooked pork sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs, mixing well. Spoon into a lightly greased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan; sprinkle with cracker crumbs.

2Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until done.
