- 5 oz. can evaporated milk
- 2 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese
- 11.5 oz. jar salsa
- 1 lb. pkg. pork sausage
- 2 (10 oz.) bag tortilla chips
Directions

1Slice cheese into 4 or 5 chunks and put in microwavable bowl or large pot (for stove).

2Add evaporated milk to cheese and cook in microwave (or on stove) on low-medium heat until cheese is melted.

3Stir often.

4Cheese tends to harden and stick to bottom of bowl/pan.
