  • 5 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 2 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese
  • 11.5 oz. jar salsa
  • 1 lb. pkg. pork sausage
  • 2 (10 oz.) bag tortilla chips

Directions

    Slice cheese into 4 or 5 chunks and put in microwavable bowl or large pot (for stove).

    Add evaporated milk to cheese and cook in microwave (or on stove) on low-medium heat until cheese is melted.

    Stir often.

    Cheese tends to harden and stick to bottom of bowl/pan.
