Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 5 c. white bread, crumbled
  • 5 c. cornbread, crumbled
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cans chicken broth

    Saute sausage, celery and onion.

    In large bowl combine sausage mixture and remaining ingredients.

    Blend well.

    Bake mixture in greased 13 x 9-inch pan for 1 hour at 350°. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
