- 3/4 c. elbow macaroni
- 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage (Bob Evans in a tube)
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. canned corn, drained
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 c. milk
Directions

1Cook macaroni in boiling water about 8 minutes or till just tender; drain.

2Cook meat and onion until meat is browned; drain fat.

3Add corn, parsley, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.

4Stir in cream cheese and milk.

5Stir in macaroni and heat through.
