- 1/2 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
- 1/4 cup sugar

- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions

1Stir together flour, cornmeal, cheese, sugar, bp, and 3/4 teaspoon salt; make well in center.
