  • 1 lb. ground sausage (I use hot)
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 egg
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 fine chopped onion
  • 1 can crescent rolls

Directions

    Brown sausage and beef with onion.

    Drain on paper towel until cool.

    Roll out 1/2 crescent rolls to fit a 9-inch pie pan.

    Beat egg with dash of salt.

    Mix with meat mixture, adding grated cheese.

    Place in roll crust.

    Roll out remaining rolls to top pie. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes, or until evenly browned.
