- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 2 c. sauerkraut, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard

1Saute onions and peppers in 2 tablespoons butter; add kielbasa cut in 1/4-inch slices and the drained sauerkraut.
