Ingredients: 3 links beef sausages; 1 None pizza base or 4 small individual pizza bases; 2/3 cup pizza sauce; 1 None small red pepper, seeded, sliced; 8 None baby mozarella cheese balls, sliced; 2 oz grated mozzarella cheese; None None salad, to serve (optional)

2/3 cup pizza sauce
1 None small red pepper, seeded, sliced
8 None baby mozarella cheese balls, sliced
2 oz grated mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Cook sausages for 10-15 mins, turning, until browned and cooked through. Let rest for 5 mins then slice thinly.

Place pizza base on a pizza or baking tray. Spread pizza sauce over base then top with sausage, red pepper and baby mozzarella cheese balls. Season to taste. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and bake for 15-20 mins, until base is crisp and cheese has melted.

Cut into wedges and serve with salad, if desired.
