- 1 lb sausage
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 leek
- 1 apple
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 pint orange juice
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons mustard
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325F/Mark 3.

2Slice leek, core apple and cut it into weges.

3Peel the red onion and cut into wedges.

4Crush garlic clove.

5Heat oil in a saucepan and cook sausages until lightly browned.

6Add the leek, apple, red onion and garlic clove, together with the tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce, orange juice, paprika and mustard.

7Stir well, cover, and place in oven to cook for one hour.

8Serve with mashed potato and seasonal vegetables.
