  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 large can Pet milk
  • 2 eggs
  • parsley

Directions

    Brown meat; drain.

    Place in pie shell.

    Sprinkle grated cheese, flour and onion on top.

    Beat eggs and milk; pour over mixture in pie shell.

    Sprinkle parsley on top; bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set.
