  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 8 oz. chopped Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. hot oil

Directions

    Mix together and add salt, pepper and parsley to taste.

    Turn into buttered 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
