  • 1 1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped apple

    Loosen edges with spatula and unmold into shallow baking pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour, drain fat and move to warm platter.
