  • 1 loaf frozen Rishes bread dough, thawed to room temperature
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 lb. loose sausage

Directions

    Brown sausage and drain.

    Roll dough to 1/4 to 1/2-inch thickness.

    Mix sausage and cheese, place mixture into dough and fold all 4 sides around mixture.
