  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 loaf fresh sandwich style bread
  • 1 box cream cheese

Directions

    Crumble, brown and drain sausage.

    Mix in cream cheese.

    Trim crust off bread and spread a layer of sausage mixture on slice of bread.

    Roll up jelly roll style, then cut each roll in half. Arrange on a cookie sheet, seam side down, and bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes or until the bread is brown and toasty.
