- 2 lb Pork sausage (bulk)
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 packages puff pastry
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine sausage meat, onion, garlic, and pepper.

2Mix well.

3Roll meat mixture into long roll approximately 1 inch in diameter, using plastic wrap.

4Refrigerate for an hour.

5Meanwhile, roll out puff pastry to a large rectangle.

6Cut so they are approximately 5 inches wide strips.

7Place sausage meat onto pastry and roll tightly.

8Place on a rack seam down.

9Bake at 400F for 20 minutes of until an internal temperature of 180F and pastry is golden brown.

10Allow to cool, cut into 6 inch pieces and refrigerate covered.

11Serve warm or cold.
