- 3 cm sausage meat (strips that are 3cm wide and are the length of your pastry) or 3 cm lamb (strips that are 3cm wide and are the length of your pastry) or 3 cm beef (strips that are 3cm wide and are the length of your pastry)
- 1 sheet flaky pastry dough (or more depending on how much you want to bake)
Directions

1Cut the mince meat or sausage meat 3 cms on its longest side.

2Put the mince meat or sausage meat in the middle of the pastry

3Roll the pastry and meat into a sausage shape.

4Cut it into 6 centimetre strips

5Stab top with a fork.

6Brush the top with milk.

7Follow directions on the pastry packaging or bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees celcius with your oven set on bake.
