- 5 lb. hamburger
- 1 tsp. whole peppers
- 2 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
- 5 tsp. Tender Quick salt
- 3 tsp. mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. hickory salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well (with hands).

2Mix once a day for 4 days (include day of preparation).

3On 4th day, make into rolls approximately 2 inches in diameter.

4Lay sausage rolls on pan so grease may drain in pan below.
