Sausage Rolls

   Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

   Roll out the pastry and cut into 8 pieces.

   Spread one side with mustard; add one hot dog and roll up to form a little croissant shapes.

   Place on a lined baking tray, brush with beaten egg.

   Cook for 15 minutes or until brown. Serve warm.
