- 2 lb. sausage
- 2 large green peppers, sliced
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 10 mushrooms, sliced
- 6 sandwich buns
- 2 c. butter
Directions

1In large saucepan, melt 1 cup butter.

2Add vegetables.

3When they start to cook, add sausage.

4Turn down heat, cover and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5In another saucepan, melt the other cup of butter.

6Slice buns in half.

7Put bun in butter for about 1 minute.

8Do the same with the other buns. After finished, place a piece of sausage and some vegetables on the bun.
