- 1 onion
- Goat cheese
- 1 lb. Champanelle Pasta
- 1 pack spinach leaves
Directions

1Sautee onion in olive oil

2Add sausage, break up while cooking, add spinach, cook down until spinach is cooked.

3In bowl add goat cheese and 3/4 cup water from pasta.

4Drain pasta - add to bowl.

5Add sausage/spinach mixture and toss until goat cheese is melted and evenly distributed.
