Ingredients

• 4 links Polish sausage, cut like pennies
• 2 potatoes, diced
• 1 c. carrots, sliced
• 1 small zucchini, in small chunks
• 1 onion
• 3 fresh tomatoes, chopped
• 1 red or green sweet pepper, in strips
• 1/3 c. corn
• 1 stalk celery
