- 1 lb. Italian sausage in casings
- 8 to 10 potatoes
- 3 to 4 carrots
- 1 can peas
- 2 to 3 large cans tomato puree or sauce
Directions

1Cut sausage, potatoes and carrots into bite size pieces. Simmer sausage until done in a deep pot.

2Add potatoes and enough tomato puree or sauce to cover.

3Cook over low heat for 1/2 hour. Keep it covered.

4Drain peas.

5Add peas and carrots and cook, covered, over low heat until all are tender.
