  • 7 c. cornbread, crumbled
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3 c. crumbled biscuits
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cans (4 c.) chicken broth

    Combine sausage, celery and onion in skillet.

    Saute until sausage is browned and veggies are tender.
