- 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage (loose)
- 4 extra large onions, diced
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Romano cheese
- 1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 to 2 c. bouillon
Directions

1Saute sausage until light brown.

2Set aside in a bowl for final mixing.

3Saute onions in oil until translucent.

4Add celery and saute until soft.

5Mix sausage, onions and celery together, then add eggs.

6Sprinkle Romano cheese on mixture, then add Pepperidge Farm stuffing to mixture.

7Add bouillon if mixture is too dry.

8You don't want it runny, but you do want it wet.

9Cook in turkey.

10If you prefer to cook it outside of the turkey, bake it in a baking dish for about 1/2 hour.
