- 15 oz. pkg. stuffing cubes
- 1 lb. country pork sausage, pan-fried and drained
- 2 sticks butter or margarine, divided
- 2 c. celery, chopped
- 2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. turkey or chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Saute celery, onion and parsley in 3/4 cup butter.

2Add cooked sausage.

3Mix with stuffing cubes, broth and eggs.

4Toss lightly until moistened.

5Rub turkey with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1/4 cup melted butter.

6Stuff into 18 to 24 pound turkey or separately in covered casserole for 30 minutes at 350°.
