- 1 (16 oz.) jar applesauce
- 1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut
- 1/3 c. dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) can small white potatoes, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can small whole onions, drained
- 1 (12 oz.) ring Polish sausage, slashed
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Mix applesauce, sauerkraut, wine and brown sugar.

2Place in 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.

3Arrange potatoes and onions around edge of dish.

4Place sausage in center.

5Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until heated thoroughly (baked uncovered).

6When done and out of oven, sprinkle with parsley before serving.
