- 16 ounces tofu
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions

1Cut tofu into rectangles, Pat dry.

2Heat oil in a wok over a medium high heat.

3When hot, put in half the tofu.

4Cook 3 minutes on one side.

5Turn over and cook for another 3 minutes.

6Remove with a slotted spoon.

7Keep on a warmed platter.

8Repeat with the rest of the tofu.

9Serve hot with a sauce.
