  • 16 ounces tofu
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

    Cut tofu into rectangles, Pat dry.

    Heat oil in a wok over a medium high heat.

    When hot, put in half the tofu.

    Cook 3 minutes on one side.

    Turn over and cook for another 3 minutes.

    Remove with a slotted spoon.

    Keep on a warmed platter.
  8. 8
    Repeat with the rest of the tofu.
  9. 9
    Serve hot with a sauce.
