- 3 cucumbers, halved lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- salt to taste

1Scoop seeds out of cucumber halves using a spoon. Discard seeds. Slice cucumber into 1/2-inch bites.

2Melt butter in a small skillet over medium-low heat; add cucumbers, tarragon, white pepper, and salt. Saute cucumber mixture until cucumber bits become translucent, 12 to 15 minutes.
