- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Chopped
- 1 bunch Kale, Trimmed And Chopped Into 1-inch Strips
- 1/4 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
Directions

1In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat.

2Reduce heat to medium low and add onion.

3Saute for 15 minutes until caramelized.

4Add kale and saute for 5 minutes uncovered.

5Cover pot with a lid and saute for 1-2 minutes until wilted.

6Season with salt and serve.
