- 1 qt. onions, chopped
- 2 fine bay leaves
- 1 Tbsp. chicken base (bouillon)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. rosemary seasoning
- salt and white pepper to taste
- 2 lb. whole mushrooms (fresh)
- 1/2 c. white wine
Directions

1Saute first 6 ingredients together for 3 minutes.

2Add mushrooms and white wine.
