  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 qt. onions, chopped
  • 2 fine bay leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. chicken base (bouillon)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. rosemary seasoning
  • salt and white pepper to taste
  • 2 lb. whole mushrooms (fresh)
  • 1/2 c. white wine

Directions

    Saute first 6 ingredients together for 3 minutes.

    Add mushrooms and white wine.

    Simmer for 10 minutes.

    A great side dish for chicken.
