- 1 lb. bay scallops
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. San Francisco seafood breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a large skillet or wok heat the olive oil.

3Add garlic, salt and pepper and breadcrumbs.
