Sauteed spinach and kale

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 3 clove garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 packages frozen or fresh spinich
  • 1 packages frozen or fresh kale
  • 1 salt
  • 1 black pepper
  • 1 garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)

Directions

    Heat olive oil and 1 Tbsp.

    butter.

    Sauteed chopped onions and garlic until soft
  4. 4
    Pour spinich and kale into pan and simmer stirring occasionally.

    While simmering add seasonings and 1 Tbsp butter.

    I add the lemon juice once it is done but adding the lemon juice is optional.
