  • 2 large green peppers, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced
  • 1/4 c. butter

    Melt butter in a large skillet.

    Saute peppers and onions until crisp and tender.

    Add mushrooms and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Season with salt.

    Good served with steak or roast beef. Serves 4 to 6.
