- 2 large green peppers, seeded and thinly sliced
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Melt butter in a large skillet.

2Saute peppers and onions until crisp and tender.

3Add mushrooms and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.

4Season with salt.

5Good served with steak or roast beef. Serves 4 to 6.
