- 1 pkg. turkey cutlets
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. water
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste or season with Adolph's seasoning
Directions

1Rinse cutlets and pat dry.

2Season with salt and pepper or Adolph's seasoning.

3Blend egg, water and Dijon mustard on plate. Put bread crumbs on another plate.

4Dip cutlets in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs.

5Put 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet. Heat oil on medium heat until hot.

6Fry cutlets one minute on each side until lightly browned.

7Serve immediately.
